CHARLOTTE, North Carolina - April 30, 2008 - Clear Sky Software, Inc.

Clear Sky Software announced today a major upgrade and re-branding of its beverage inventory system. The Beverage Inventory Control System (BICS) has been completely re-designed and re-branded as Clear Sky Beverage. This new system is available immediately for the hospitality industry.

Clear Sky Beverage is two software programs - one running on a desktop PC the other on a handheld bar code scanning device. Both combine to create a solution for effectively tracking and controlling beverage products and maintaining a perpetual inventory system. Clear Sky Beverage replaces manual inventory procedures and was designed specifically for hospitality. The benefits once implemented include labor reductions, lower costs and increased productivity and profits.

The system went through extensive beta testing beginning in March of 2007 and has been tweaked to provide the best possible results. Features include:

• Visibility of beverage products in any outlet or location
• Easy transfer of inventory to/from locations
• Electronic requisition capability
• Automatic re-order functionality
• Order creation and submission via print, email, web
• Receipt processing against purchase orders with discrepancy identification

This new beverage system represents a total re-design and re-development of our former Beverage Inventory Control System (BICS). Clear Sky Beverage is a more sophisticated and feature-rich product that is the answer to many of the requests from our customers.
