Clear Sky Software has partnered with the culinary arts program at Greenville Technical College (GTC) in Greenville, South Carolina. Alan Scheidhauer, Department Head of Culinary Arts at GTC, approached Clear Sky Software in the summer of 2007 about the need for a strong food inventory system for the school’s growing culinary program. Clear Sky Software is happy to announce that the company has made a donation of hardware, software, and support services to Mr. Scheidhauer’s department at Greenville Tech. Clear Sky Software’s complete food inventory solution, called Clear Sky Food, was installed in December of 2007 at GTC’s new campus and the staff is busy putting the system to use. Clear Sky Food will be used to track and control all food products used by the culinary program and will be presented to students in specific culinary arts curriculum.
